Our four-point probe is made of  the aviation engineering plastic in high quality, fine spring with excellent mechanical structure and durable probe needle. The measurement result from this probe is reliable and with high accuracy. All the technical indexes meet the national standards and in conformity with relevant provisions of ASTM standard;

Our four-needle probe can be installed in the probe stand or held with hands during operation. The testing efficiency can be improved greatly with PH-II handle If held with hand, which is widely used in the process of resistivity sorting for polycrystalline silicon materials, head and tail material, POTS.

4. Corrosion resistance -  Except the oxidizing mediums, it is resistant to almost all of the inorganic substance; In 200 °C, insoluble in the known organic solvents;
